Privacy at roofrepairs.net
The short version: we keep what you send us about your roof so we can answer you, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to correct or delete it. The longer version follows, effective November 3, 2026.
What reaches us when you send a roof request
The form asks for your name and phone number, and lets you add an email address, your city or ZIP code, what you need and a description of the roof problem. With it we receive the address of the page you sent it from. Our host tells us the country your connection came from, which we keep with the request. Your IP address is checked briefly to stop automated floods of posts and is not saved with your request. A hidden form field catches robots: a post that fills it in is thrown away.
Where it goes
The form posts to a small program of ours on Cloudflare, the same company that serves this website. It saves your request first, then emails it to the inbox our team reads, then copies it into our customer records so a follow-up is not missed. If the email or the copy fails, the saved request is sent again until it arrives. To help us read genuine roof requests before sales pitches and scams, an automated text check gives each request a label; it looks only at the name, the area and the description you typed. Requests marked as spam are kept out of our customer records.
Phone calls and emails
When you call or write, we receive your number or address and whatever you tell us about the roof. We treat it like a form request.
What we use it for
To call, text or email you back about the roof you described, and to keep a record of that conversation. If you ask us to put you in touch with a roofer, we share your details with that roofer only once you say yes. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and statistics
The site's own code sets no cookies. If we switch on Google Analytics in future, Google would record pages viewed, device and browser type, an approximate location from the IP address, and taps on the call button or form sends, using cookies or similar identifiers, and we would look only at totals. You can block or clear cookies in your browser.
This site does not change what it does when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
No other company collects information about your activity on this site over time or across other websites. Cloudflare's own visit counts set no cookies and do not track you across sites. If we switch on Google Analytics, we will update this page first: Google may then collect information about your visits to this site and other sites over time through cookies, which you can block in your browser or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep a request as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a sensible record of the conversation, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
- Tell us to stop calling, texting or emailing you; we will.
Write to [email protected] or call the number at the top of the page. California residents have rights under state privacy law; we answer every such request whether or not the law requires it of a business our size.

Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
